How do I clean my faucet?

In order to maintain the sparkling appearance of the finishes, wipe after each use with a soft dry cloth.  Use only a mild soap or household vinegar to clean the faucet. Do not use cleaning agents containing alcohol, acids or abrasives.

How do I clean my aerator?

Simply unscrew the areator with an adjustable wrench. Once the aerator is off,  place in a bowl with a mix of 50/50 warm water and white vinegar. Rinse throughly after 30 minutes. The aerator should be cleaned periodically.

My water pressure is low, what should I do?

Remove the spray head and check the pressure coming from the hose. If it is okay, remove the restrictor within the spray head. This is a plastic insert that you can pop out with a small screwdriver.

I only get hot (or cold) water when I turn the faucet handle. What is wrong?

On new installations, the hoses get twisted or kinked. Look under the sink and check that the supply hoses are straight.

My faucet makes a grinding or whistling noise.  What do I do?

Try pulsing the sprayhead a few times.  If the faucet continues to make noise, ask your dealer order a new diverter for your faucet.

Water drips from my faucet after I shut it off, why?

Most faucets will drip for a few seconds as excess water is released from the sprayhead.
